Racerhistoriska klubben is a national organization that was formed 24 April 1978 in Stockholm by a group of enthusiasts who saw the need for orderly development and management of the increasing interest in historic racing cars and the use of them. They chose a form of organization based on moral values and the operations over the years has come to be developed in both scope and organizational and now cooperates with the corresponding clubs and associations in the international Historic Racing.
